Etjca Group SpA, for an important reality leader in the furniture sector and in strong territorial expansion, selects at Mondovì (CN): Sales Assistant Part Time Description and Characteristics of the Position: The optimal coverage of the position requires the ability to effectively influence sales by focusing on customer loyalty and making pleasant shopping experiences. The function, inserted into a young and dynamic context, will ensure positive and effective communication with customers during assisted sales processes and, operationally, will ensure inventory replenishment and quality of merchandise in-store. Role and Responsibilities: • Provides welcoming service and handles assisted sales in a professional and courteous manner, in line with the company's philosophy; • Guarantees high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; • Verifies correct product exposure; • Maintains excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards in line with company directives; • Actively collaborates with the entire team; • Presents products and related offers to customers with professionalism and kindness; • Contributes actively to customer loyalty. Reporting hierarchy: Store Manager Functional relationships: Internal: Store Team External: Customers Requirements for participating in Selections: • High School Diploma; • Previous experience in the role and specific sector of at least 6 months-1 year; • Passion for interior design; • Availability to work on assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays; • Availability for a possible training period (paid) in another point of sale, even outside the domicile; • Having one's own means/autonomy for transportation. Place of work: Mondovì (CN) Working hours: Part-time 30 h Employment contract type: IV level of commerce. Initial fixed-term contract directly with the company.
