SALES ASSISTANT

For our single-brand boutique ALYSI in Rome, at Via Borgognona 42B, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.

ALYSI is a contemporary Italian womenswear brand, characterized by a strong stylistic identity, attention to quality, and constant research on shapes, materials, and details.

We are looking for a person passionate about fashion and assisted sales, capable of interpreting the ALYSI style and offering our clients an attentive, personal, and authentic shopping experience.

The resource will be responsible for:

• managing the entire sales process, from greeting to purchase completion;
• guaranteeing the client attentive, unique, and personalized service;
• understanding the client's needs and offering style advice consistent with the ALYSI identity;
• implementing company strategies aimed at customer development and loyalty;
• acquiring and maintaining excellent knowledge of the product and the ALYSI brand;
• contributing to the achievement of individual and boutique goals;
• managing window displays and corner arrangements according to company visual directives;
• handling boutique operational activities, including the cash register and merchandise organization in the stockroom.

Requirements:

• experience in assisted sales in the clothing sector, preferably gained in boutiques in the center of Rome;
• fluent knowledge of the English language;
• strong inclination towards customer consultation and relationship building;
• orientation towards achieving sales targets;
• sensitivity for product, fashion, and styling;
• dynamism, availability, and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a person with strong commercial skills, proactivity, a curated appearance and personality, capable of working in a team and actively contributing to the boutique's results and life.

• weekly hours from 34 to 36 hours;
