Sales Assistant

For a brand operating in the beauty fragrances sector, Adecco Fashion and Design is looking for a Sales Assistant for a boutique in Florence.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Customer reception and assistance according to brand standards

• Assisted sales and personalized consultation

• Product and brand storytelling

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assisted sales in the luxury or premium sector

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Aptitude for consultative selling and product storytelling

Availability to work full-time on shifts and on weekends is required.

Position:

CCNL Commercio – 4th level

Expected RAL: 25,000

Contract duration: initial fixed-term contract of 6 months
