As our new sales assistant, everything revolves around customer experience. Each Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you'll guide and advise each person to the right products that meet their needs.
Other responsibilities include:
- working closely with your team, store manager, and assistant store manager to achieve your own goals and those of the store;
- making connections with our customers and ensuring a 'Best in Class' and meaningful shopping experience;
- ensuring that the store is always clean and tidy according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to our visual merchandising guidelines;
- following safety procedures in the store.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to grow with us and become an expert in our rituals, products, and treatments, and you'll have ample opportunities to expand your knowledge and (retail) skills through our comprehensive training program.
