Sales Area Manager_Europe

LHH For a renowned international industrial company specializing in designing and supplying production facilities and services, we are seeking a strategic commercial figure to develop the European market and contribute to global brand growth. Responsibilities The profile sought will be responsible for the following activities: - Business Development : proactively identify new market opportunities and develop commercial relationships in Europe, with future prospects also in the USA. - Client Management (Account Management) : maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring high-level service. - Technical-Commercial Support : collaborate with the technical department in discussions with key stakeholders (owners, plant managers etc?). - Pricing and Negotiation : manage negotiations independently. - Participation in international trade shows and events : represent the company and promote innovative solutions. Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Commercial experience in an industrial or mechanical sector (preferable). - Excellent knowledge of English; other languages (Spanish, French) are a plus. - Strong customer orientation, relational skills, and willingness to travel frequently in Europe. - Proactive attitude, flexibility, and collaborative spirit. - Competence in using digital and management tools. - Willingness to travel in Europe.
