Sales and Technical Manager - Dizia Floor

Sales and Technical ManagerThis position is responsible for developing business activities of EMS Floor Systems, in accordance with the values, procedures, and requirements of EMS Floor Group. Reports directly to the Sales/Managing Partner.

You will be occupied with:

• Identifying, contacting, and visiting potential clients and existing clients in the allocated area.
• Gathering technical information relevant to the client's needs, preparing, transmitting, and supporting offers, negotiating and concluding contracts according to EMS policy and strategy.
• Recording information related to contacts and visits in the IT system.
• Preparing and implementing a weekly activity plan and objectives.
• Following up on sales targets.
• Actively participating in sales meetings and sharing gathered market information with the rest of the team.
• Constructively collaborating with other teams within the company.

Job requirements:

• Consultative sales expertise for technical products, preferably in: building materials, industrial machinery, and other technical products;
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• Positive mental attitude;
• Oriented towards results;
• Motivated;
• Ability to predict and objectively evaluate;
• Negotiation, diplomacy, tolerance, and analytical thinking skills;
• Decision-making power and assuming responsibility;

• Availability for domestic travel 4 days/week.
• PC operating skills (Windows, MS Office);
  Driving license category B.
