Position Summary

MASTER CRAFT FOODS PTY LTD is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s sales and marketing functions. The role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and expanding market reach within Australia.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, strategic marketing capability, and proven experience in managing sales operations and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives

Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, promotions, and brand positioning

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners

Set sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management

Coordinate advertising, promotional materials, and product launches

Manage and support sales staff, including training and performance monitoring

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Perform other duties as reasonably required to support business operations

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Commerce or an equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field

Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales and marketing management or a similar role

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism, organisational skills, and attention to detail
