Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate all advertising, public relations, sales, and marketing activities within the organisation. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong brand presence and customer loyalty.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
• Set sales targets to maximise organisational sales and enhance customer loyalty.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the organisation’s goods and services to the widest possible audience.
• Oversee campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media channels.

• Develop and implement strategies that reinforce brand image and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Drive initiatives to increase consumption of the organisation’s products and services.

• Build and maintain the organisation’s reputation with customers, investors, stakeholders, and the wider public.
• Manage public relations campaigns, media interactions, and communication strategies.

Qualifications & Skills (Optional to Add)

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
