Sales and Marketing Manager - Beverage/FMCG Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in the Beverage/FMCG Industry in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence in the region. Responsibilities : Strategy & Development: Develop and implement national sales strategies focused on growth. Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on sales trends and performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition rates, and market share. Performance Metrics: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and increase brand visibility. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing role. Strong understanding of the Beverage/FMCG Industry and its trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
