Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Scope:

1. Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads and account relationship to meet sales goals and objectives.
2. Prepare and present proposals to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.
3. Manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solution and industries.
4. Keep up with Payment industry trends, product offerings and best practices in market.
5. Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and initiatives.
6. Support other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

1. At least 2-4 years of business development in sales, lead generation
2. Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long lasting client relationship
3. Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success in digital or fintech industry
4. Able to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client's needs
5. Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
6. Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently
7. Sales/merchant hunter
8. Only Singaporean/PR
