Join the diginu Marketing Team (Remote | Part-Time) About diginu diginu is a South African technology company focused on helping consumers save money through cash back rewards on everyday spending, including fuel, groceries, restaurants, takeaways, and e-hailing services. As we continue expanding nationally, we are looking for motivated individuals to assist with customer acquisition and brand promotion. Role Overview We are seeking Parttime Sales Associates to help promote the diginuCashBack program by engaging with potential customers through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and in-store promotions. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with the diginu Marketing Team to create engaging content for various marketing channels. • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing initiatives. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns. • Assist in managing and maintaining a database of customer contacts and leads. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. • Work closely with the diginu Sales Team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. • Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and activations that drive customer engagement and loyalty. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with brand guidelines. • Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices. • Assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. • Provide support to the diginu Marketing Team as needed, including data entry, research, and administrative tasks. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. • Be able to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision. • Have a valid South African ID or permit. • Be willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months. • Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate. • Opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of a innovative company. • Flexible working hours and remote work options. • Ongoing training and development opportunities. • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
