Sales and Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a person to fill the position of Sales and Logistics Coordinator, who will play a key role in managing sales processes, order fulfillment, and logistics. Job responsibilities:

- Handling customer orders, including processing and preparing delivery documents

- Verifying sales conditions

- Creating sales reports on the timeliness and completeness of order fulfillment

- Maintaining contact with domestic and foreign customers, resolving problems related to orders and deliveries

- Collecting demand forecasts from customers, supporting planning processes

- Cooperating with external warehouses and producers to fulfill orders

- Organizing transportation, negotiating prices and conditions with carriers, and coordinating deliveries

- Cooperating with customs agencies in the scope of export and import procedures

- Managing product portfolios, updating inventory, and adjusting offers to meet customer needs and market requirements

- Supporting sales and procurement departments in administrative tasks related to inventory management

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-year experience in logistics or customer service, preferably in order fulfillment and export procedures

- Higher education degree

- Very good knowledge of English language in speech and writing - min. B2+ (knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian will be an additional asset)

- Ability to use Excel program and ERP system

- Good organizational skills and communication

- Knowledge of the chemical industry or transportation sector will be appreciated.
