About the Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties across Perth.
- Drive leasing and sales transactions from prospecting to settlement.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Prepare marketing strategies and negotiate deals to achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
- Current WA Real Estate Sales Representative or Agent License (or open to getting it).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
