Sales Analyst / Key Account Sales Support

We are looking for a passionate and organized individual who can support the Key Account Management team by analyzing, reporting, and providing operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Management of customer and product portfolios:

• Create new locations for customers
• Manage SFA routes and SAP hierarchies
• Coordinate product listings in specific formats for each client

• Price management and promotions:

• Redetermine prices and prepare commercial offers
• Emit notes of credit for off-invoice discounts
• Communicate and confirm promotions with customers

• Rapporting and analysis:

• Generate daily sales reports
• Analyze data in Power BI (Retail Zoom, Focus, RSP)
• Monitor prices and promotional actions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (sales analysis, KA support, pricing)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or other analysis tools)
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems – an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Moderate to advanced level of English language proficiency
