- You work together with your Team Lead to create a sales plan, determining how you will build up your customer base and achieve your sales targets.
- You analyze customer needs and advise (potential) customers on the products and services of AUTO1.com. Of course, you ensure that customers buy for the first time, buy again, and continue buying.
- You maintain intensive telephone contact with your existing customers and build a long-term relationship.
- You work closely together with other departments such as Operations and the Dealer Service Team.
- You advise your customers on matters such as transportation, international purchases, and inventory management.
