As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for: • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and understanding their needs. • Identifying and exploring opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services. • Providing exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about EE’s products and services and being able to answer questions and resolve issues promptly. • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Working collaboratively with the wider Sales Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
