As a Sales Advisor in H&M, you will have a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome our customers, guide them through the store and support them in their choice, highlighting our products. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to your success and that of the company. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Sharing your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make informed choices. 
• Collaborating with your team to offer an exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey. 
• Ensuring that the sales area and warehouse are always well-stocked, organized and welcoming. 
• SUPPORTING opening and closing store activities.
• Representing yourself and the brand in a positive way during all interactions with customers.

As part of the dynamic store team, every role - Sales Advisor, Department Manager, Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser - contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Area Team, sharing ideas and strategies to achieve success together. 

With your team, you will play a key role in helping customers feel confident in themselves and express their individuality, thanks to the latest trends and timeless styles.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with: 

• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion, retail or related sectors. 

And people who are: 

• Pasionate about fashion and oriented to offering an exceptional in-store experience, promoting our products and contributing to achieving sales targets. 
• Proactive and able to work in collaborative and dynamic environments. 
• Communicative, creative, curious in the use of technology in store, with a strong motivation to learn and develop.  
• Flexible and goal-oriented.
