WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Advisor in H&M, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in accordance with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and that of the company.

You will be responsible for:

• Sharing your knowledge about fashion and products to help customers make decisions.
• Collaborating with your team to offer exceptional service at every stage of the customer experience.
• Making sure the sales floor and storage area are clean and organized.
• Supporting the opening and closing of the store.
• Representing a positive image of yourself and the brand during all interactions with customers.

Our stores are at the heart of our company, where customers experience our brand firsthand. As part of the store team, each role—Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores—contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. You will also connect with the Area Team, collaborating between stores to share knowledge and achieve success together. Alongside your team, you will play a vital role in helping customers feel secure and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
