As a sales advisor, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. At ARKET, you will have the opportunity to offer our customers the best service in every way. Starting with sales conversations up to supporting at the cash register, fitting room, and throughout the store, you contribute to improving the shopping experience. In addition, your responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing inventory levels, and presenting the current collection. Your role is crucial for creating inviting experiences for our customers and showcasing the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you accompany our customers on their journey and offer genuine support and proactive service to encourage and inspire them. Together with your team, you create moments that are significant. Knowledge of customer service and product knowledge are desirable but not necessarily required.
