Role

The Sales Advisor of BOGGI Milano builds a close relationship with customers and translates the brand's vision and commercial objectives into concrete results every day.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets set by the Store Manager;

• Collaborate synergistically with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;

• Maintain a positive, balanced, and constructive attitude even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic in terms of continuous improvement;

• Welcome, engage, and build relationships with customers through active listening, offering a consultative sales approach that aligns with the positioning of the BOGGI Milano brand;

• Implement the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions to improve the performance of the boutique;

• Transform every customer interaction into an outstanding customer experience through targeted storytelling, comprehensive product knowledge, and a sales approach aimed at best meeting each customer's needs;

• Effectively manage time and daily priorities.

Your Profile

• You have at least one year of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector;

• You have good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
