Sales Advisor Gourmet Food

Openjobmetis S.p.A. is selecting, for the boutique of a historic company in the Gourmet Food sector, located in the historic center of Bologna, a Sales Advisor.

The selected candidate will become part of a historic and prestigious context, a symbol of Italian food and wine tradition and excellence, and will represent the brand in direct contact with Italian and international clientele, carrying out the following activities:

• Customer welcome and assistance
• Enhancement of brand identity through storytelling activities aimed at transmitting the culture and tradition of the product
• Personalized consultation in product selection, illustrating characteristics, uses, gastronomic pairings, and conservation methods, with an approach strongly oriented towards customer experience
• Management of sales, cash register, and payment activities, care of shop display and restocking
• Support in organizing tastings, visits, and events at the boutique and production facilities

The following requirements are requested:

• Consolidated experience in assisted sales, welcome, customer service, hospitality, or related sectors
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2/C1)
• Excellent relational, communication, and listening skills
• Interest and curiosity for the Food & Beverage sector and Italian gastronomy
• Professional standing, care of personal image, and attention to detail
• Strong customer orientation
• Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM with two weekly days off and rotation

The offer includes direct hiring by the company with the Food Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) and an indicative salary within the range of €27,000-€34,000 gross annual salary (RAL) plus a daily meal voucher worth €10.
