Job offer description WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Sales Advisor/Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have exceptional experiences during purchases. You will support customers during store visits and help them find suitable products, presenting our offer. Thanks to working in line with our values, you will contribute both to your own success and the company's success. Your tasks will include: Sharing knowledge about fashion and products as well as supporting customers in finding the right products and presenting our offer. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during sales processes. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are properly set up and visually appealing. Your work will involve working in a fast-paced retail environment, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
