Job description
Jak Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have an exceptional experience during their shopping trip. You will support customers during their visit to the store and help them find the right products, presenting our offer. Thanks to your work aligned with our values, you will contribute both to your own success and the company's.
Your tasks will include:
- Sharing knowledge about fashion and products and supporting customers in making the best decisions.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service at every stage of the customer visit.
- Maintaining the right product condition and order on the sales floor.
- Assisting during store opening and closing.
- Buiding a positive brand image through interactions with customers.
- Actively promoting our loyalty program – so that purchases are not only enjoyable but also beneficial for customers.
