Job Overview The Sales Advisor is a customer-focused retail role responsible for delivering excellent service across both in-store sales and Click & Collect/Shop & Collect operations at Auckland Airport. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, preparing customer orders, maintaining store displays, handling customer complaints, providing product information, and performing other duties as required. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with purchases, answering questions about products and services, and resolving any issues that may arise. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods. • Prepare customer orders, including processing returns and exchanges. • Maintain store displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-organized. • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide product information to customers, highlighting key features and benefits. • Perform other duties as required, such as restocking shelves, replenishing stock, and maintaining store appearance.
