Job offer description WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Sales Advisor/Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have exceptional experiences during purchases. You will support customers during store visits and help them find the right products, presenting our offer. Thanks to working in line with our values, you will contribute both to your own success and the company's success. Your tasks will include: Sharing knowledge about fashion and products as well as supporting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing product recommendations based on customer preferences, identifying and addressing customer needs, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, developing strong relationships with customers, staying up-to-date with new trends and products, and ensuring that all interactions are aligned with our company's values. You will also be responsible for: Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, working effectively in a team, being proactive and flexible, and adapting to changing priorities.
