Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor for our Alpha One Store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cosmetic and skincare brands, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right products.
• Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on customer preferences, skin types, and concerns.
• Drive product trials and explain features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle billing, stock management, and ensure proper product display & hygiene at the store.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat visits and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

• Prior experience (1–3 years) in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of leading cosmetic and skincare brands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for beauty and personal care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and mall timings.
