Sales Administration & Reception : Real Estate

We are on the hunt for a real estate sales admin superstar who loves what they do and enjoys supporting their team wherever they can!

- Negotiable salary package. This team appreciate great talent and abilities. As a result, they are flexible on salary negotiations. As a guide, the salary range will sit between $60k - $70k + super (depending on experience).


General gist of the role:
  • Front Office Concierge - Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Management of incoming calls and inquiries
  • Compliance management of all office and sales requirements
  • Support sales agents in operational functions i.e. Preparations for OFI's and Auctions, launching new listings, finalising exchange and settlement sales processes
  • Office Management; ordering gifts, stationery, collateral, general repairs and upkeep
  • Use of Agentbox, Pitch, Sign, Responder programs
  • Assist with individual requests to assist agents

What you need to be considered:
  • Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise your schedule effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant industry legislation
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in a professional manner
  • Confidence in your abilities and execution
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable - shifting your focus at a moments notice and responding to urgent matters
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service
  • Proactive, punctual and reliable
  • Holding a valid Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent Cert (or working towards obtaining)
  • Full-time, in-office availability, Monday - Friday
