ABOUT THE POSITION:
We’re currently seeking a Sales Administration Assistant Intern who will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day office operations. This internship is perfect for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in administrative processes while working in a supportive, professional environment. ABOUT YOU:
You must:
· Support Team Instore, digital and management in various areas
· Provide best customer service to ensure raving fan customers
· Customer quotations and follow up potential leads – back up to instore team
· Process sales and purchase orders
· Maintaining of store database
· Oversee POS Item Ticketing and instore presentation – Maintain correct procedures (Cin7)
· Supplier Pricing – ensure all pricing is updated and maintained (S&S Folder and Cin7)
· Customer Service + Answering enquiries over phone & email overflow
· Logistics - Co-ordinate and communicate product dispatch to customers / suppliers
· Maintain Operations Manual / S&S systems / Templates and processes
· Liase with suppliers on price lists and product information ensure updated information at all times.
· Maintain contacts lists, team information and docs
· Facilitate staff training on new products
· Team communications – weekly
· Provide Support to Management /Owners
Responsibilities and duties include:
· Create a happy team environment
· Contribute strategies for sales growth and sales targets
· Gather regular in-depth market and traffic feedback
· Develop, maintain and strengthen enduring customer relationships
· Ensure Team maintain product knowledge
· Ensure point of sale is on brand
· Ensure sales promotions are managed in DEAR and communicated to Team
· Assist and lead in developing company culture to reflect growth
· Actively contribute to management and team meetings
Key knowledge and skills required:
· Work effectively with all team members as required to implement and fulfil sales and management strategies and processes, identify opportunities and challenges, to ensure goals are achieved
· High level of self-motivation and ability to motivate others
· Strong leadership
· Team building
· Encourage team members to focus on their key areas of responsibility
· Focus on high payoff activities
· Assist in maintaining and updates of retail / Inventory software – DEAR
Key accountabilities and performance indicators:

- Be currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
- Be available to work at least 3 days per week
