Sales Account Manager Real Estate (w/m/d) – Region Bern | 80-100% | Hybrid Work

Your Mission

You love sales and advise customers with passion. In this role, you will be daily in exchange with our customer base, find suitable solutions, and significantly contribute to the success of SMG with your sales talent.

In concrete:

• You will proactively advise and accompany customers personally on site, remotely or by phone
• You will identify customer needs to offer and sell tailored solutions
• You will validate incoming customer inquiries and make initial assessments
• You will actively develop and long-term care for existing customer relationships
• You will visit our existing and potential customers and build targeted relationships
• You will cultivate target customers and build sustainable customer relationships
• You will create offers, prepare contracts, and accompany the complete contract processing
• You will create reports and analyses for your area of responsibility and derive action fields from them
• You will plan presentations and conduct them at the customer's site to convincingly convey products and solutions
• You will actively contribute to the further development of the business area and bring in your own ideas
• You will participate in customer events to show presence and promote exchange
• You will build and maintain long-term, trust-based business relationships
