Sales Account Manager

LHH For our client, an important international insurance company, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager. The resource will report directly to the Chief Marketing & Sales of the Italian branch and will be responsible for searching and developing new partnerships, aimed at concluding agreements for the placement of the company's product range, managing commercial relationships and contributing to the development of group activities with the achievement of predetermined objectives. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: · Market prospecting activities aimed at concluding new partnerships and concluding agreements for the placement of the product range; · Definition and development of a sales plan in line with defined objectives and company strategy; · Management of commercial relationships with existing partners, monitoring of commercial activity with them and implementation of solutions to improve their satisfaction; · Achievement of qualitative and quantitative revenue targets defined by the General Management and realization of reports on commercial activity; · Development and collection of information and contacts at distribution networks (banks, brokers, financial institutions) on Protection (CPI and CQ) and P&C (Motor Auto) products; · Project management for implementing partnerships; · Support to the group's CSR strategy. Your Profile Candidates with the following requirements will be considered: · Degree in economics; · Minimum 10 years of previous experience gained in the same role within the development banking-insurance or motor world, at an insurance company or broker; · Excellent knowledge of English; French language skills will be considered a plus.
