Link HR Professional Solutions is seeking for a professional to be inserted within the Sales department of a historic reality, producer of instrumentation applied to various industrial sectors. The role involves:

• Visiting clients periodically (max. 2 weeks/month), scheduling phone calls and meetings based on priorities defined with the Commercial Manager;
• Analyzing the market reference to identify new business opportunities;
• Identifying customer needs and potentialities based on which identifying customized proposal contents;
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager, Director, and the rest of the team for defining the offer strategy | preparing and presenting personalized commercial offers, if necessary with the help of Sales Engineers and the technical office;
• Illustrating clients about the features and benefits of products/services offered by the company;
• Monitoring customer satisfaction: collecting feedback and implementing corrective actions where necessary;
• Negotiating contract conditions following company guidelines;
• Participating in international sector fairs.

  Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering sciences (preferably in the electronic, informatic, geological, hydrological, civil, environmental, or telecommunications fields) or economics/information science;
  • Prior experience of 3-5 years in sales or managing technological installations of any kind;
  • Good knowledge of English language;
  • Availability to perform transfers for a maximum of approximately 50% of working time (max. 2 weeks/month);
  • Determination to pursue results, emotional competence, assertiveness, excellent planning and organizational skills, excellent relational and communicative abilities.
