Role Overview As an Account Executive, you… * Will be responsible for generating new business revenue by selling our client's mortgage solutions to prospective clients. * Will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and other relevant organizations in the mortgage sector. * Will need to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition. * Must have a deep understanding of mortgage products, processes, and the US mortgage market. * Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and success. * Will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business revenue by proactively identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities. * Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and other relevant organizations. * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the mortgage sector. * Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products, processes, and market conditions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. * Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress using CRM software. * Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. * Proven experience in mortgage lending sales or a related role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Deep understanding of the US mortgage market, including products, processes, and regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in English and Spanish.
