As Account Executive, you will actively drive Factorial's leading market position by taking closing responsibility for the most exciting deals.

Your Role

As Account Executive in Munich, you are directly responsible for closing:

• You lead the process from demos to successful closure.
• You maintain close relationships with HR and finance C-level decision-makers in the DACH region.
• You develop strategic account plans and implement them to continuously exceed your goals.
• You use creative and consultative sales techniques to effectively guide interested parties through the sales process.
• You work closely with teams like SDRs, product, marketing, customer experience, and leadership.
• You actively contribute to establishing Factorial as a leading company management solution in Germany.

Your Profile

• Experience in Closing: You bring 2-3 years of experience in sales with you, ideally in SaaS and HR software.
• Customer Focus: You love direct contact with customers and understand their needs.
• Tech Affinity: You are enthusiastic about digital innovations and new technologies.
• Strategic Vision: You have experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and know how to prioritize opportunities.
• MEDDPIC Knowledge: Experience with MEDDPIC is a clear plus point.
• Soft Skills: You are detail-oriented, responsible, creative, self-motivated, ambitious, and a true team player.
• Pioneer Spirit: You want to actively contribute to building processes, structures, and the location from scratch.
