Sale Floor Manager

Sales Floor Director Legal Intake & Closing Team Brigante Law Group — Mexico-Based Operations Brigante Law Group is looking for a highly experienced, fully bilingual Sales Floor Director to lead our legal intake and closing team in Mexico. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has already managed salespeople in a high-pressure environment and knows how to drive performance through daily execution, coaching, accountability, and strong operational control. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
