TIG OR WIRE WELDER

Nam SPA is looking for a TIG OR WIRE WELDER for a key role in the production process, aimed at ensuring quality and precision in welding operations on metallic materials. The selected candidate will contribute directly to the creation of resistant components and structures, compliant with company technical standards.

The ideal candidate will perform welding using TIG and wire techniques, ensuring the correct preparation of materials and equipment. They will be responsible for quality control of welds through visual and instrumental inspections, intervening promptly to correct any defects. They will collaborate with the production team to meet delivery times and technical specifications, maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Furthermore, they must comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures in all operational phases, documenting activities performed and reporting anomalies or maintenance needs.

Main Responsibilities

Perform welding with TIG and wire techniques, ensuring precision and quality Prepare materials and equipment appropriately Control weld quality through visual and instrumental inspections Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and technical specifications Maintain and clean welding equipment Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures Document performed activities and report any anomalies

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG and wire welding techniques
• In-depth knowledge of metallic materials and their characteristics Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding schematics Skill in using measurement and quality control tools Familiarity with safety regulations in the welding sector Specific welding certifications are preferred
