Job Just On Business SALDATORI – SETTORE METALMECCANICO Just On Business Spa (JOB), employment agency, is seeking for an important client company operating in the metalmeccanico sector, located in the province of Como, figures of: Saldatori. Offer: - Initial contract with a fixed term, with possibility of extensions and subsequent stable employment within the company - Insertion into a solid, modern, and structured production context - Working hours: full-time on 2 shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) - Request for availability to overtime and night shift, if necessary - Professional, safe, and quality-oriented work environment - Possibility of technical training and professional growth within the workshop. Main tasks: - Execution of weldings on metal components using MIG, MAG, TIG or continuous wire techniques, depending on the type of processing - Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and production specifications - Preparation of parts to be welded, with operations of cleaning, positioning, and fixing - Visual and dimensional control of welds, respecting company quality standards - Finishing interventions, deburring, and final control of the finished piece - Ordinary maintenance of welding machines, torches, and safety devices - Collaboration with the workshop team and assembly department to ensure production continuity - Scrupulous application of workplace safety and hygiene rules. Requirements: - Consolidated experience in the role of welder, preferably in metalmeccanico or carpentry companies - Excellent knowledge of MIG, TIG, or continuous wire welding techniques - Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical sheets - Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail - Knowledge of main workshop tools and machinery - Immediate availability and flexibility on shifts - Completing the profile: seriousness, reliability, and quality-oriented work approach - Possession of welding certificates constitutes a preferred title - Basic knowledge or experience in using robotized welding (programming or operating robotic welding systems) is an asset. Placement: - Level of insertion: commensurate with previous experience and placements - Remuneration commensurate with technical skills and experience gained - Possibility of direct stabilization within the company at the end of the initial period.
