Salary Advisor

Are you an experienced salary advisor who wants to help organizations in the Randstad region with your knowledge and advisory skills? At Tilstra Services, you will have the opportunity to support and advise clients as a senior professional on salary processes and related issues.

Your Role

In this role, you will be the expert in payroll administration and act as an advisory partner for various clients. You will be responsible for independently processing and checking salary changes and personnel data. Additionally, you will provide advice on wages, collective labor agreements, pensions, and laws and regulations, translating complex issues into clear explanations. You will identify areas for improvement and translate them into concrete solutions to optimize processes. You will also participate in projects such as implementations, audits, and automation trajectories. Client visits are part of your duties, where you will maintain and strengthen relationships. You will actively share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the development of the team.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in payroll administration and consultancy at a senior level.
• You have a Professional Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL) and may also be open to further development; we will help you!
• You are proficient with various payroll systems such as Nmbrs, AFAS, and Loket.nl.
• You are accurate, service-oriented, and remain stress-resistant even during busy periods.
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week and willing to travel within the Randstad region.
