SAGE Specialist in HR-Digitalization & Processes (w/m/d) - GST - 30 Weekly Hours

The Kuratorium für Psychosoziale Dienste in Vienna offers a network of Sozialpsychiatrische Ambulatorien for the treatment, care, and counseling of mentally ill people and their relatives. The Sucht- und Drogenkoordination Wien, a daughter company of the Psychosozialen Dienste, is a very innovative and effective organization responsible for implementing the Vienna Drug Strategy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a SAGE Specialist in HR-Digitalization & Processes (w/m/d) - GST - 30 Weekly Hours to support us in the following areas: • Digital HR processes and tools • Development of HR digital strategies and concepts • Implementation of HR digital solutions and systems • Support for the development of HR digital processes and procedures • Collaboration with other departments and teams to ensure a smooth integration of HR digital solutions into existing workflows. Requirements: • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field • At least 3 years of experience in HR digitalization and process optimization • Excellent knowledge of HR digital tools and systems (e.g. HR software, workflow management systems) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in German and English • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
