SAFETY WORK COORDINATOR - 32429

- Coordinate HSE team of 3 warehouses of Bosch GS (Itupeva, Campina Grande do Sul and Cabo de Santos Agostinho), with direct report to the responsible for operations in Brazil.

- Conduct safety inspections and emit technical reports on workplace risks, recommending mitigation measures;

- Perform risk analysis and documentation for service and project releases of machine maintenance, equipment, works, expansions, renovations, and physical arrangements;

- Guide and supervise the activities of contracted companies regarding work procedures;

- Analyze statistical data on accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases in the workplace, aiming to anticipate risks and prevent accidents;

- Develop safety procedures and flowcharts;

- Validate, together with local management, job instructions to maintain a safe environment;

- Develop operational and managerial presentations on general security requirements for the unit.

- Establish standards, replicate for other units when applicable, promote benchmarking between HSE teams of other locations, implement existing internal standards in other locations.

- Conduct training sessions on equipment operation, new operator formation, recertification, and norm compliance (NR11, NR35, CIPAA, Emergency Brigade, SIPAT, internal events, and daily awareness meetings);

- Evaluate and monitor material storage conditions. Validate documents, norms, and necessary requirements;

- Conduct environmental evaluations (e.g., noise, heat);

- Monitor operational controls of the legal management system;

- Follow up on renewal and expiration of reports and licenses;

- Control dates of validity for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);

- Manage fire protection systems;

- Follow up on environmental and safety audits;

- Manage open work permits for employees and/or contractors;

- Conduct accident investigations and problem resolution (FSP/8D);

- Investigate and prepare security reports;

- Prepare General Safety Plan (PGR) according to NR01;

- Prepare PPP, analyze reports, and develop action plans;
