Safety Technician - Real Estate
Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Safety Technician to join our real estate team in Campinas, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our properties, protecting our employees and clients.
- Conduct regular security inspections on properties to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues
- Develop and implement specific security protocols and procedures for the real estate sector
- Provide training and education on safety to employees and service providers
- Investigate accidents or incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security standards
- Maintain precise records and documentation of safety
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest safety standards and recommended practices in the real estate sector
