Adecco Safety Officer (80-100%) Tasks You recognize, evaluate and minimize occupational risks by implementing and monitoring statutory and internal work safety guidelines (EKAS, SUVA, MIGROS, etc.). You advise management, supervisors, and employees on all aspects of workplace safety and develop safety, emergency, and fire protection plans. You conduct training sessions and sensitization programs to promote sustainable safety and risk prevention cultures. You analyze incidents and accidents, identify causes, and implement effective prevention and correction measures. You work with internal and external security audits, create informative reports, and serve as a competent point of contact. Additionally, you support on-site in the areas of hygiene, quality, and food safety.
