Safety Inspector (m/w/d)

• Detection of irregularities and analysis of their causes
• Documentation of operational qualifications and regulations
• Analysis, follow-up, and processing of operational irregularities
• Communication and coordination with authorities and internal stakeholders
• Occasional takeover of EVU emergency duty
• Verification of external qualifications and decision on their recognition
• Maintenance and updating of operational records of the personnel deployed

• Very secure mastery of railway operational regulations, including European regulations and border regions
• Completed training as a locomotive driver
• Experience in dealing with passengers and safety-relevant situations
• High travel readiness throughout Germany
• Readiness to work on weekends, holidays, and at night
• Readiness to take on call duty
• Outstanding communicative sensitivity in dealing with employees and authorities
