What will you do?

As Safety & Health Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment at Sensus in Zwolle. You will be part of the QESH team and work closely with colleagues from the Production, Technology, and Technology departments.

Your responsibilities:

• Safety and Health: You will contribute to the safety and health on our location in Zwolle. This you do by following up incidents and reports promptly and managing an effective reporting system according to the Kaizen method.
• Risk Assessments and TRAs: You will perform Risk Inventories and Evaluations (RI&E's) and Task-Risk Analyses (TRA's) and develop (yearly) plans for safety and health.
• TPM: Within the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) improvement program, you will lead the Safety & Health pillar.
• Legal Obligations: You will follow and integrate legal obligations and perform actions from the yearly plans.
• You will set up internal audits and contribute to the execution and follow-up.
• Safety Awareness: You will increase safety awareness by having conversations, organizing toolboxes and training sessions.
