Safety Engineer (Construction Project Management) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site / Project-based) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience Level: 6–10 Years Reports To: Project Manager / Head of HSE Job Summary We are looking for a vigilant, proactive, and qualified Safety Engineer to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management across our ongoing construction projects in Jaipur. In this role, you will be embedded in the Project Management team, ensuring that all sites have effective safety protocols in place. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Conducting site visits to monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies; • Developing and implementing comprehensive HSE plans for each project; • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies; • Providing training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and best practices; • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions taken; • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting HSE management. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in construction project management and a passion for ensuring the well-being of workers on site.
