Safety Advisor - Real Estate

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented consultant to join our real estate team in Campinas, Brazil. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising safety programs to ensure a safe environment for our employees, service providers, and visitors at our properties.

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for our properties
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Create and offer security training programs for employees and service providers
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local and national real estate industry safety standards
• Collaborate with management to integrate safety practices into all aspects of operations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, making improvements as needed
• Maintain precise security records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security technologies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters with internal and external stakeholders
