Job description

A Health & Safety Advisor is sought by a busy iCirt rated Residential Builder/ Developer, to work on a $100 million class 2 apartment project in North Sydney.

The Opportunity:
  • Working for an established Residential Builder/ Developer on class 2 residential apartment construction projects from $100 - 300 million.
  • You will be working in a site based role, in a lead role overseeing all WHS implementation and systems management
  • $140 - $160k package
  • Immediate start
  • Long term permanent opportunity
  • North Sydney based
  • Reporting a Site Manager and Project Manager, with an indirect Safety Manager who is office based
The Company:
  • An established Residential Builder/ Developer
  • T/0 $800 million
  • Reporting to an Site Manager, working closely with the Project Managers and Foremen
  • Construction projects typically in the $100 - 300 million range
  • Solid client base with full order book of work into 2028
  • Great culture with career advancement opportunities
You will have:
  • An WHS/ OHS Diploma or Cert IV is essential
  • Previous health and safety experience with Principal Builder in NSW essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly IT Literate, with solid systems management experience, Hammertech experience advantageous
  • Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder
  • Presentable with good communication
  • Highly proactive with a willingness to offer the extra yard
  • Solid safety experience on class 2 residential building projects over $50 million
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills
