SAFe ART Program Team Support & Coach 100%

For our client, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for an expert with Agile methodologies and principles, as well as the SAFe framework and its core principles. To emphasize said expertise the person must have a Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification. Lastly, the candidate is very experienced in a Scrum Master role within a SAFe implementation in an international environment and is fluent in English. General Information: The position is a full-time employment with a 100% remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and coaching the ART (Agile Release Train) program team. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating team meetings, workshops, and retrospectives, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to team members. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices. The position requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Agile and SAFe, and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the framework and its core principles.
