ZM-I is an independent, partnership-organized civil engineering firm for demanding projects. From its Munich location, the group has grown continuously and is now active throughout Germany. We offer consulting, planning, testing, and expert opinions in the field of civil engineering. The companies have different regional areas of activity and technical expertise. The ZM-I Group employs a total of around 180 employees.

For the topic of fire protection, which is gaining increasing importance, we founded our own unit in 2020, ZM-I Fire + Risk GmbH. Fire + Risk are experts for preventive and structural fire protection with a close connection to the professorship at the TU Munich.

For the further development and expansion of our company, ZM-I Fire + Risk GmbH is seeking an Expert (m/f/d) for Preventive Fire Protection (60% – 100%) with immediate effect.

• Leading and handling our projects from the concept phase to successful implementation
• Communication with clients, specialist planners, and other project participants
• Independent creation of fire protection concepts/proofs for new and existing buildings – from classic apartment buildings to complex special buildings
• Analysis and assessment of new and existing buildings using engineering methods of fire protection

• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, or similar with a corresponding focus
• At least 5 years of professional experience in preventive fire protection
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills (fluent German in spoken and written form)
