We are looking for reinforcements for our B&W Planning Office in Coburg!

Your Tasks / Perspectives:

• Planning, calculation, and technical elaboration of energy-efficient and economical building concepts

• Creation of sustainable energy concepts in direct coordination with clients and the building owner

• Involvement in demanding projects in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation, and supply technology

• Supervision of implementation on the construction site, including technical coordination

• Support for our clients during the commissioning of technical systems

• In the long term: Further development of your technical responsibility in the project

• Independent work with support and guidance from assigned colleagues such as system planners and back-office colleagues

• Independent controlling of projects with resource management

• Opportunity to take on leadership responsibility and to actively shape and develop a team

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Building Services Engineering / TGA, completed training as a state-certified HLS technician, or equivalent

• Assumption of leadership responsibility for the subject area, including the technical and organizational management of employees, as well as their support and development

• Professional experience in the planning of Technical Building Equipment

• Knowledge of MSR technology and sprinkler technology (desirable)

• Proficient use of IT and planning software

• Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility

• Team spirit, flexibility, and strong communication skills

• Willingness to undertake project-related business trips

• Knowledge of VOB and HOAI

• Software knowledge of Trimble Nova, AVA Orca, and MS Office programs is desirable.
