As Creditors Department Leader (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading a team of credit controllers and accountants. Your tasks will include the development and implementation of strategies for the department, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of their effectiveness. You will also provide support to your team members in terms of HR, finance, and IT. In addition, you will maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
